“Our stay was great. The address isn’t marked well but it is located next to the United Artist Building.”

“Absolutely perfect location if you’re attending any event at crypto arena or la convention center! Easy to check in and go in and out! Front desk staff was also amazing! Host is very helpful and quick to reply! Would absolutely consider staying again if I’m back in the area!”

“Great location. Place is very nice & cozy , Gorgeous rooftop pool area with amazing views of dtla. Has an in-unit laundry which is nice and full kitchen. I also like that the room was a separate space and the living room was very spacious. Red line metro is super close which made commuting very easy. Highly recommend walking to grand central market , which was a short walk over. Definitely would stay again...24 hour security in building was a bonus as well.”

“Good security and beautiful rooftop”

“Great trip! Wonderful host!I was traveling with my 17 year old daughter to visit colleges! Great location! Loved have a covered safe parking space! Pool! Tall ceilings and lots of light with the wall to wall windows!! I will definitely book again!!”

“The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties.”

“They contacted me at 3 to tell me I could check in. The place was supposed to be ready by then but there was no updated notice until the last minute. The unit was dusty or grimy throughout. Needs a good scrubbing. There was one window which did not open. And it was next to impossible to get the blackout shade to open. Not that you would want to open it because it looked out onto a frightening alley. This should be represented in the description. The AC did not work. When I contacted Peter about...

“This apartment had everything you could wish for—including a fabulous view, very comfy sofa and bed, and a well-appointed kitchen. The building it is located in is just stunning, with a very modern gym, heated pool and jacuzzi, and a game room. Hands down, on the many places I've stayed in LA this was the best. Joanna was super helpful and patient with us when we arrived late and let us store our bags on the last day. I couldn't recommend this more!”

“Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a month. The place itself is very clean and nice. Very well furnished. What we did not enjoy were the surrounding areas around the apartment complex. The apartment is only a few blocks from skid row (about a 2 minute drive). From the parking to the apartment complex, you have to pass through a bus stop and a metro entrance. Nearly every time we passed through this area we were harassed by a homeless man who stays there. We were consistently asked if we wanted...

“Booking cancelled by the host 10 days before scheduled stay, citing "Environmental impact Due to unexpected environmental events such as earthquakes, floods, or other natural disasters, the property is no longer safe or suitable for guests. Your safety is our top priority.". The property was still available on nearby dates of my cancelled stay.”
