“The property exceeded our expectations! Host super on communication and accomodating with all of our questions, requests.Quiet neighborhood, easy access by uber and great parking - next time we'll rent one as the garage is secure and door opens directly into townhouse entrance. Stairs to enter and stairs to 2nd level bedrooms but not an issue for my group. We'll definitely stay again.”

“The property was really old and needs a lot of updating. There was pone signal when you get to the property. You have to go up and down several flights of stairs ( equivalent to 5-6 story building or more). so many requirements. It would have been nice if all docs needed were mentioned up front rather than sending each day on your arrival date. Will not come back. ”

“The location was perfect, walking distance to Santa Monica beach and to coffee shops. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and the extra blankets were appreciated. The neighbors in the other apartments were friendly, which was a nice surprise for LA.”

“Really nice location and terrific balcony view from all rooms. The golf cart that was included was a plus, minus that the brake didn't work properly, and we had to use a rock to make sure it didn't roll away. And a little nit-pick, if I'm paying an extensive price per night for a place, I shouldn't have to make sure to take out the trash and wash dishes before I leave.”
