Set on the first floor, this bright and modern studio offers a clever open-plan design that combines comfort with thoughtful style. Featuring plank flooring, soft-toned furniture, and curated decorative accents, the space exudes calm and functionality. Two king-single beds are neatly integrated within the space, complemented by blackout and sheer curtains for restful sleep. The lounge area flows naturally into the dining and kitchen zones, all equipped with essentials for short and extended stays. Guests will enjoy the sleek bathroom, complete with storage and fresh finishes, as well as ducted air conditioning for year-round comfort. While compact, the kitchen includes a stovetop, bar fridge, and a convection microwave to cover your basic cooking needs. For a dose of indulgence, guests can take the lift to level five and enjoy access to the communal rooftop and BBQ area. About 35 mins by car from Perth Airport and 25 mins from Perth CBD.
