I got a room facing Newcastle st, which I found a bit noisy. The apartment is spacious and have washer/dryer but most importantly a French patisserie and coffee shop 20m from hotel.

No Parking which was very frustrating. Room was clean and good size although fabrics on chairs were ripped and bit grungy. No room cleaning service so just be aware of that. Close to food.

The after hour check-in is not recommended for travelers coming with long-haul flight, you may not get a room once you arrive unless you have asked them to verify your arrival time and scheduled a check-in to best your knowledge. Make sure you can call a local phone to reach the management. If not, they may charge your credit card for the entire stay, without a refund, and not let you have the room you already paid for.

It advertises it has a kitchen but the reality is you can’t use it as there are so many fines in place that it’s not worth it. You are better off going to a hotel in a better location without a kitchen

Reception only opens from 9 am to 5 pm. No flexibility to work around that as staff was asking us to send picture of the credit card even the bond had already been taken. Not recommended for visitor who has work commitment and therefore can’t go to the reception to register within 9 am to 5 pm. Further the room was not cleaned even once during my 9 nights staying there.
