9/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
Very nice hotel in a very easy to get around area of Venice. Area is very walkable and only a short walk to St. Mark's. The people at the hotel were always helpful and kind and the breakfasts were excellent.
We would stay there again for sure.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (534 reviews)
The hotel is unique it is a 15 century mansion so amazing . That being said if you do not have a room with a canal view your room is dark ( if that bothers you) they changed my room for more
Money but that was fine
New room perfect
I think some maintenance could be done spots on carpet and some grout improvement
But overall lovely
Bed linens and bed very comfy and lovely
Super clean
Staff ( especially Ricardo) so helpful and made sure our stay was perfect
Restaurant and breakfast very good !Location absolutely perfect ! Close to everything but not in a crowded part of town also on the grand canal was beautiful
Overall a wonderful stay .
