Diane and Tony have created a wonderful cottage. It is meticulously maintained with excellent appliances ... and they are very conscientious and thoughtful (e.g. Diane was clearning the outdoor grill the day before we checked in and Tony shoveled the snow at 7am the morning after a night's snowfall! Very highly commend their "cozy nest"!

We wanted to visit some family in the area, see the fall colors, and be able to bring our German Shepherd. This cute little "nest" worked perfectly. We were close to the tunnel of trees, Pond Hill Farm, and our family that live in Petoskey. The only suggestion I have is that the chairs in the living room are not very comfortable. Everything else was great! Thank you!

Great location
The location of the property was perfect. All the attractions we wanted to see and do were very close. We brought our dog, she too enjoyed some new experiences. It would have been nice to have a small yard since the house was so close to the street. The amenities surpassed what we expected. The only thing I could suggest is to get a showerhead that produces better water pressure. Having longer hair it was difficult to rinse my hair. I would recommend this property to family and friends

Quick work visit to Harbor Springs
Hubby, our pup, and myself needed a place to stay while working there. The only think I didn't love was that it was super close to the road but we just made sure our pup was on leash anyway when outside. Everything was very clean and it was all we needed. Washer and dryer was helpful while there too. Thank you to Diane for being so accommodating and kind to us.

This house was great for my husband and me. We had to find a place that allowed our dog, and it worked out perfectly! Location is close to Harbor Springs, entrance to Tunnel of trees, and short drive to Petoskey. Communications with the host went very well.

Perfect small house for two people
Nice little house about one mile from downtown Harbor Springs. Perfect for a couple. Actually I would call it a cottage. Kitchen is fairly well stocked. Could use some wine glasses and a good set of knives otherwise it was perfect. Would go back.

This property was just what we were looking for. It was tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and well stocked with all necessities. Very close to Harbor Springs and other places of interest were easily accessible. The hosts were the best. They were helpful and exceptionally responsive to any concerns we had.
