The Windsor Suites
Terrible customer service. The hotel ignored my urgent request for help with a booking error and told me to deal with the booking app. Even when the app contacted them, they refused to help. Completely unaccommodating and disappointing experience.

Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square
Hotel is in a fantastic location just blocks from city hall and Rittenhouse Square. Super clean onsite valet parking with in and out privileges and a coffee bar and Ruth’s Chris located in the lobby of the hotel. It’s definitely going to be my go to for Philly from now on.
