Its just your average overpriced hotel. I was unaware of the $100 deposit until i got there, still waiting for that charge to be put back on my card. I DID LIKE how convenient the location is to love park and Franklin Institute. The bed was soft and comfy, tv was nice and there were plenty of channel options. DISLIKES: the "restaurant" charged me $6.50 for 2 cans of sprite at night. It was noisy, the pipes were making noises and the air conditioner was kicking on and off, the tv turned itself on at 1am, as if a timer had been set. I just could not get to sleep without being woken right up. A lady in the next room over was moaning loudly at 2am; after that act ended, her door slammed several times. The closest ice machine was on the 15th floor and all the way at the end of the hall. There is no refrigerator and you need to go to the lobby for a microwave. I enjoyed the trip itself of course, but the hotel is a bit overpriced for what it is worth. I would expect parking to have been free for 1 car per room but its a good way to make an extra $30 per day per room i guess. Ill look around for better options the next time i stay in philly.
