Centrally located half of 1 mile east of Scottsdale Road off of E. Weber Drive in North Tempe / South Scottsdale - this 1,700+ square foot property is within minutes of EVERYTHING. It has been completely upgraded featuring 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a 2-car attached show garage, & a fully equipped Game Room (Shuffle Board, 2 Standup Arcades, 60 inch flat screen TV, and a 3-in-1 Foosball Table). Tastefully & eclectically furnished this property creates the perfect vibe between Mid-Century meets Boho.

FIRST FLOOR - Game Room

This property offers an absolute fabulous floorpan. When guests arrive they will have the convenience to park up to 2 vehicles in the attached 2-car private parking garage. Guests may enter from 1 of 2 entrances; through the garage using the LiftMaster Keypad or through the front door (Main entrance) using our bluetooth Smart Halo Lock. As soon as you step through through the door you are greeted with our Game Room featuring 2 standup arcades, a 13-foot shuffle board table, a 60 inch Samsung flat screen TV, a 3-in-1 Foosball/Mini-Pool/Air Hockey table, a mini fridge to save guests trips up and down the staircase and for added convenience a full bathroom with standup shower.

SECOND FLOOR - Community Level

The second floor is often referred to as the "Community Level." This level portrays a sexy yet elegant vibe offering our guests a Mid-Century meets Boho type feel. It features an eclectic family room decor, dining area, table top breakfast nook, full kitchen, half bath and a beautiful outdoor patio dining area. Equipped with a 65 inch Samsung LED Smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, plush pillows and throw blankets - this level is perfect for cooking, entertaining, or simply just hanging out.

THIRD FLOOR - Bedrooms

Separation is crucial when traveling and on vacation. What makes this listing perfect for travelers is that it can accommodate multiple guests desires. While some might want to play games downstairs in the game room, others might want to watch a movie on the community level, the remaining guests can head upstairs to lay down and take a cozy nap or curl up with a good book in bed.

The master bedroom features a king size mattress, a 65 inch Samsung LED Smart TV, a walk-in closet, dresser, and an attached private bathroom (en suite) with a shower/tub combo. The other two guest bedrooms are both furnished with queen size mattresses, 55 inch Samsung LED Smart TV's, plush pillows and throw blankets. Every bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan with remote control along with complementary Live Streaming YouTubeTV subscription.

ROOF TOP - Lounge

At the end of the hallway on the Third Floor there is a glass door that will take you upstairs onto the roof. The roof top lounge is the perfect place to relax, unwind, catch mountain views and breathtaking Arizona sunsets.

* * * Guests are free to use the roof top lounge at their leisure but AT THEIR OWN RISK. Both the homeowner & property management company (Ranallo Real Estate) will assume no responsibility for injuries or accidents of any kind.

This home is all yours. All guests and vacation renters will have complete access to the rental property. All we ask is that you please keep out of the Owners Closet located in the guest bathroom on the 1st floor.

This vacation rental is nestled in a quiet little pocket in North Tempe / South Scottsdale less than 1 mile east of Scottsdale Road on E. Weber Drive. Be sure you make time to visit Papago Park and the gorgeous greenbelt located 1 mile west of the rental property.

Ride share from Uber or Lyft is all you will need. You will be anywhere and everywhere you want to be within just 10 - 15 minutes due to this rentals central location. You are no more than a 15 minute Uber ride directly north up Rural/Scottsdale Road into Scottsdale to some of the hottest spots such as: Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Scottsdale's Entertainment District, Scottsdale Stadium (SF Giants Stadium), Old Town Scottsdale's Shopping District, Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort, Top Golf and so much more.

* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 for any and all pets. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e. Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).

* REQUIRED STATE VERBIAGE: All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

* QUIET HOURS: The City of Tempe enforces a strict policy of quiet hours starting as early at 10 PM. Any violation received by Tempe PD, the booking AirBnB guest will be held personally responsible for paying any fines incurred. 
 
* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).
 
* Please be sure to shut and lock ALL DOORS throughout the entire property prior to departing. These doors will include:
 
- Front Door
- Garage
- Garage Door
 
* Strip all beds of any dirty sheets, pillowcases, used linens and place them inside of the washing machine prior to vacating the premises. Please note you are not required to do any laundry. 
 
* Empty fridge of all personal items or leftover food. 
 
* Take out the trash prior to your departure. Trash and Recycling will be located on the right side (east side) of the garage. All trash can be disposed of in the BLACK bin & recyclables can be disposed of in the BLUE bin. Trash gets picked up every MONDAY morning and recycling gets picked up every WEDNESDAY morning.
 
* Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. 
 
* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind inside of the home (Back patio only). Please be sure to pick up your cigarette butts after yourselves. A $250 Penalty Fee can and will be enforced. 

* There is absolutely NO DECORATING allowed at the rental property. This will include but not limited too: confetti, pin tacks, tape, and streamers. In the event we find any of these items at time of checkout a $300 fine will be incurred.
 
* Be mindful and careful of other people's property. 
 
* * * Please Note: This property is guarded by NEST security camera. There is a NEST Hello Doorbell located at the Front Entrance. There is also an Amazon MyQ Security Camera monitoring the garage entrance. These security cameras are motion activated & will record both video and audio when triggered.

* Guests acknowledge that children and/or handicapped individuals should NOT be left unattended near or around the pool area. Guests acknowledges the inherent risk in swimming or playing around the pool area and hereby assumes any & all responsibility.

Clean, Modern & Quiet

Six adults spent 2 nights at this property and it was perfect for our stay. Very clean, nicely decorated, and a quiet complex. We were able to walk to a local coffee shop. The garage was too small for our SUV but there were other places to park close by. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.

There were 5 of us staying however there wasn’t enough hot water for us to all shower in the morning. There was only enough hot water for 2 people to shower. (These were short quick showers)The heating system didn’t work very well. One bedroom was freezing, in the other bedroom people were too hot and it was quite cold the weekend we were there so we needed the heater.The size of the house was great and we love Mesilla Park.

Family weekend

The townhouse was very cute and clean. The space allowed for privacy and provided ample space to relax with friends and gather. The one improvement is we didn't have enough towels and washcloths in each room for a couple. Other than that it was a great place to stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Tempe.

Great place and location

We had a wonderful time at this location. It was sparkling clean and so well decorated. I enjoyed my coffee on the rooftop patio each morning enjoying the view and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. I just wish we had more time to enjoy the pool. We would definitely stay here again! The property manager was also very communicative and we had all of the information we needed along the way.

Amazing!

Booked this for anniversary getaway. This property is even better than the amazing photos. Decor was beautiful and came stocked with cooking items, linens and towels. The roof top area was also an amazing extra! The area is very quiet and clean. It is also located near malls and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Clean, quiet, comfortable condo

This property was fantastic! There were so MANY features that would bring me back to this property again in the future. At the top of my list is the rooftop patio! It was relatively quiet during our stay as this seems to be a residential area. The property is new and was VERY clean, well decorated, and inviting. There was a very strong smell of Clorox when we arrived, but that dissipated rapidly after a few minutes of open windows and fans running; it was confirmation that some aggressive cleaning had been done. The memory foam beds were very comfortable, and we had all the linens we needed. One must mention the game room on the lowest level. Such a unique feature that we enjoyed a few times during the stay. Wonderful supplies in the kitchen (spices, staples) for making our own meals. I would want to rent this house again in the future, you won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here.
