Gem of a place!

This place is tucked into a friendly community of sweet neighbors. The host was very accommodating and kind. The beds were comfortable and I loved the well working A/C and fans, esp to sleep. We would definitely stay here again!

Besties weekend

Lots of great touches. Soft close cabinet doors, jukebox, both rooms with king beds and all the necessities in the kitchen. And the host was on top of everything and a great communicator.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful time. Close to downtown old scottsdale. Plus we did some day trips and everything was within an hour!! So glad we found this treasure. I would stay here again!!

Great couples getaway

We stayed for a couple of nights to visit Old Town Scottsdale. We were able to walk to the restaurants and shops, the location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little spot, a little hidden gem

We love staying here, we’ve been here multiple times. Owner is great, place is always spotless. Love that it’s within walking distance to Old Towne.

Easy to do business and the place was lovely

My daughter and son-in-law had a great stay, and Ryan was very easy to communicate with and worked w my daughter instead of me which was awesome. Their only issue was that the bedding was extremely fragrant, like maybe too much detergent was used. That is the only reason they got a 4 for cleaniness...I didn’t know where else to comment on that. Thank you for the great stay and prompt communication!

Fantastic location and property

This property was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great location, amenities, and Ryan let us check in early which was very helpful. Coming to az again in August and if I didn’t already book another property, I’d stay here again. Oh and great and easy place to park too.

Great Location! Great Host!

This location is exactly as described and the host is amazing! Plenty of eateries and shops are within walking distance and just a very short drive, if you choose. The neighbors were a delight and super friendly. Ryan was very communicative and SUPER accommodating! I couldn’t say nicer things about the host. The beds are super comfy. The pool is steps away from your door. Scottsdale was amazing and I’ll definitely use this location again when I’m back!

Lovely abode in Old Town Scottsdale

We loved our stay at this property. Close to everything in Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square. Walking distance to all. Shops, museums, restaurants. Amazing coffee shop right across the street. Pool on property and covered parking were nice adds.

Lipstick on a pig...

It appears nicely decorated but it's lipstick on a pig. Definitely stay here if you want fleas, mite, or bed bugs!!

A clean and cute little space!

I came in for a conference at the Valley Ho hotel and wanted more than just a hotel room. It was only a 5 minute walk to the hotel and to downtown, so perfect. It was super clean and comfortable. The shower dripped a little slow but everything else was great!

Great location, great place, great host!

This property worked perfectly for three of us exploring Scottsdale. First I have to compliment the host, Ryan. Five star communication and support for our stay before and after. The unit is super clean and well decorated. It’s a corner unit with lots of light and easy access to the carport and street parking. The community is quiet and neighbors friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Grounds, the cafe across the street, for coffee and breakfast or relaxing with a beer or wine on the patio. Walking to Old Town Scottsdale is a breeze. We will definitely reconnect this and book again when we return!

We couldn't have found a better place for us!

This was a last minute stay (so glad it was available) and we were SO impressed! The unit was easy to find, parking was close, check-in was a breeze, and the host was so attentive and helpful. Inside it was as lovely as the pics, was spotless, and very well equipped. Across the street was a coffee shop/wine bistro that made excellent sandwiches and delicious cappuccinos. A short walk to old Town Scottsdale. Really, it was a perfect stay. 10/10

Place was very nice, location was great, Ryan was awesome host with great ideas and very communicative and friendly. Only weird thing we had was our cell reception was slow. But on vacation so didn’t matter!! 😁

Scottsdale stay

Comfortable, clean, nicely remodeled, fun condo in a nice neighborhood away from heavy traffic. Well-stocked. Easy kitchen to work in if you want to cook. Nice beds that were conducive to good sleeping! Ryan is a super host and is very responsive to messages, as well as clear in his instructions in entering and exiting the condo. Could have stayed longer!!

Scottsdale Weekend

This unit is beautiful, its on the end. 20 feet from a covered parking spot. Clean, location is great, beds are comfortable and the neighbors a quiet and friendly. Was in town to golf. Went to 4 different courses and nothing was more then 15-20 minutes from this location. Great food and drink locations are a 5-10 minute walk from here.
