Free parking space in driveway. Access to large shared yard and patio with dining area, charcoal grill, and small fire pit. Walking distance to grocery stores (Target, Fry's, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's) and many restaurants. Located just off the 51 which makes traveling anywhere in Phoenix a breeze!
