Backyard Oasis Will Make You Feel Like Your At Your Own Private Resort. Sparkling Pool, Outdoor TV, and Grill. Great East Valley Location Close To Golf, Shopping, and Dining. A Vacation Paradise! The space This place feels like a home and not a vacation rental. A great deal of thought and effort has been put into making this one of the East Valley's Top Vacation Homes. Tastefully furnished with unique pieces to add some flair and plenty of comfortable spaces to be in. Fully equipped kitchen with all that you need for the cook in the group. Spacious Living Area with seating for the whole family. Play a game of poker or shoot a game of bumper pool in the game room. Escape to the loft which has a sectional sofa to watch the big game or enjoy a late night movie. Loft also features a desk and work space for the business traveler. Bedrooms are all good sized and have comfortable beds and top of the line bedding. Master retreat is spacious and features a work space along with a luxurious master bath. Upstairs off the loft you will find a large patio to enjoy the golf course and mountain views. Backyard features multiple sitting areas and all that you need to enjoy those cool Arizona winters. Outdoor dining for up to 8 along with a TV sitting area and firepit to gather around at night. Sparkling pool with waterfall and umbrellas for shade. You won't to go inside when you get on this patio. Home has 2 garage stalls available for guest use and bikes are also provided for a neighborhood cruise. To heat the pool its $75 a day or $350 for the week. We just as for a 48hr notice to have it turned on and ready. Guest access Guests have the entire home to themselves. There is no shared spaces here. Other things to note \*\*Home is located on golf course and guests need to be aware of the possibility of golf balls coming in to the yard\*\* Additional contract along with Pool Safety Notice and Assumption of Risk From Golf Course Will be required after booking. Please provide your email address once booking is confirmed so that can initiated. No Loud Parties- Quiet Hours Outside are 10 Pm nightly. We want guests to come and have fun but please be respectful and treat the home as your own. Many people in the neighborhood call this home and we will not tolerate any disruption to the neighbors. They house has several seating areas with a very comfy sectional sofa upstairs and upper balcony furniture. The house itself was good, but the ceiling fans were filthy, as well as the trim and registers full of this dust and dirt. The pool was and nice size clean but the water was a bit cold even after paying extra for pool heat. There was no way to turn up the temp for a warmer pool. The backyard space was a huge draw for us and it did not disappoint. We did experience the rogue gold balls, but that was fully disclosed. The inside space was equally as enjoyable. We had a few minor issues but the host was very responsive and addressed all of them promptly. There was plenty of room and very well stocked. This is the type of review where I hate to make the property sound too good, because I don't want it to get so popular that I won't be able to get it booked again. We loved it! I don't come back to Arizona in the summer often, but the pool made it totally bearable. We spent most of our time in the pool whenever we were at the house. It was also a perfect house for us to just stay put and let all the relatives come to us. Some people might not like looking at the busy Power Road in the distance from the back yard, but I hardly noticed it. What was noticable was the view of the golf course from the back yard. I enjoyed waving to and talking to random golfers. An occasional golf ball might come flying into the yard, which could be dangerous, but we really didn't have any problems. The backyard has a putting green, which also offered us something to do when we weren't in the pool. We used the grill many times for our family gatherings and the abundance of outdoor seating, to include a dining table, made it nice to sit around and visit. It was nice having a garage to keep the vehicle somewhat cool and out of the sun. I can't say enough good. I especially liked the kitchen - the variety of dishes, pots / pans, utensils as I cooked the entire time we were there. The house was very clean and had all that you would have wanted. They had things that I did not know I needed. The outdoor area was very nice. It was a little cool when we were there and the outdoor fireplace and heater were great. This home was by far the cleanest VRBO rental we’ve been in. Job well done. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for preparing meals as well as baking a few things. We were pleasantly surprised. There’s a card table which came in handy for family games. The pool was nice but wasn’t used too much due to how incredibly hot it was the week of our stay. We wished we could’ve enjoyed it more. Being on the golf course and reading the reviews we were prepared for the occasional golf balls to enter the yard and they did. We were only startled a few times by the sound of a ball hitting the house which was no big deal for us. The neighborhood is very quiet with a nice family vibe which we enjoyed. Bart always responded promptly which we appreciated. The only thing the AC tempreture was locked at 72\. This is good during the day but at night it is not completely comfortable. It should be at least 70\. However overall I recommend this house to anyboday who would like to sepend enjoyable time. The pool is very nice . The place was clean and ready, and our shoulders immediately went down when we arrived (we were in AZ for an unexpected death in the family). There were a few golf balls that landed in the yard but that was disclosed in the agreement and did not stop us from getting in the pool or using the outside area.
