“Locatie is geweldig: in oude binnenstad, vlak bij de haven en bij de Strada Nuova. Het is niet heel handig dat er nauwelijks personeel aanwezig is, het werkt vooral ' remote', met whatsapp. Dit leverde voor ons wat gedoe en stress op bij het afleveren van de bagage, en ook bij het inchecken nadat we de bagage hadden afgegeven. Verder is het een hele mooie plek, fijne grote kamer, schoon en luxe. En dat voor een nette prijs.”

“Oh dear. Having worked in hospitality and tourism for close to 30 years, I always try to find the positive when things go wrong but booking this apartment was a huge mistake. We arrived late on a Monday to find that it wasn’t the apartment that we’d actually booked on Expedia - it didn’t bear even a close resemblance - however we thought best make do and then speak to the agent the following day. Unfortunately by that point we’d found a seemingly endless list of snagging points including leaking……
