Perfect accommodation for a group of 12 friends as each bedroom has it’s own bathroom.Perfect Villa for relaxing at home coffee every morning, lying by the pool and dinner watching the incredible sunsets.Perfect hosts. Denise takes care of everything while you are at the villa including cooking us a wonderful dinner. Mieke answered all our questions prior to our arrival very promptly. “Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung im oberen Stockwerk des Hauses. Alles war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sodass es an nichts gefehlt hat. Der fantastische Pool und das eingezäunte Grundstück sorgen für viel Komfort und Privatsphäre. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen! Besonders herzlich war der Vermieter, der geduldig alle Fragen beantwortet hat.Das Grundstück liegt in Seenähe, was schöne Spaziergänge und den Besuch vieler gemütlicher Restaurants……

Stefano, our host, was amazing—so welcoming and incredibly communicative throughout our stay. “Our room was very nice. There is no elevator, so you do have to haul luggage up the stairs (our room was on the 3rd floor). Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Offsite parking is 2 blocks away, but very convenient. There are several dining options close by and everything was very walkable. Highly recommend the hotel.”

“The home and cottages were perfect for our family trip of 10 adults. The view of Montepulciano from the patio, the pool, the property itself all amazing! Amazing location for day trips throughout Tuscany - Florence, San G, etc… easily accessed.Nathan is an AMAZING HOST - everything we needed from groceries ahead of time to restaurant reservations, tour guides that were all terrific.
