Beautiful accommodations and perfect access to the Umbria Jazz Festival! Easy access to many restaurants, points of interest and shopping - and picture perfect views. The bed was extremely comfortable and our room was very quiet. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We just spent 4 nights at this hotel and absolutely adored it. The breakfasts were exceptional, the rooms were clean, a very nice size and very well appointed and the staff so friendly and helpful. There was ample parking and lots of restaurants nearby. The town itself was dreamy. Many of the homes are covered in flowers and plants. Not touristy like many of the towns that we have visited and extremely walkable. My husband loved taking a dip in the pool every afternoon and every time we walked outside the flowers on the linden trees all over the town filled the air with the best smell . We both did not want to leave. What a special place.

If you’ve stayed at a true five-star resort, I’d avoid this property because it will likely fall short of expectations. If you haven’t, it may be a fine first introduction to luxury. The rooms are nice, but the details are lacking. The gym is one of the worst i've ever seen, the tennis court is on the border of unusable, the food is very very very "meh...", and it’s in Umbria, not Tuscany, so this is not really a “Tuscan vacation.” I wasn’t completely let down. It’s fine.. definitely a 3/5 or a 3.4 out of 5, but it needs one or two more layers of polish to feel like a true five-star resort. It's OK, they tried.

In general a good place to stay. Excellent pool and pool area to relax. Good location easy access to station and town and good parking provision. Initial room offer not so good but we were able to move to a much nicer room with no problem.Buffet breakfast good with many options. The only downside is no WiFi in the rooms but good WiFi in communal areas.
