The property is brand new and beautifully designed and decorated with distinctive finishes and furnishings throughout the location is incredible right at the base of the town of Monteleone. The town of Pieve is only a 10 minute drive away both are incredible and worth visiting as is Orvieto. We were most impressed by Front Desk……

“Our stay here was such a great and relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The location and the views are just stunning.. The resort is about a 10 minute walk to the lower part of Montepulicano. From the resort, there are amazing views of the top of Montepulciano, and the valley below. “Hotel is along the road, very convenient to find parking and the address. The rooms are a bit old, but the view is stunning with a panorama of the entire Tuscan countryside. The hotel offers dinner, but if you’re willing to drive for 10 mins there is some delicious, great value dining options in town. ”

“This resort is a gem! We stumbled across it when we needed an overnight stay prior to a next day train ride. If we would have known, we would have spent at least 3 days. The owner and staff are a delight, the atmosphere and grounds and pool area are gorgeous! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had an amazing dinner with a Tuscan sunset and great wine! Breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely be back.”

“Beautiful quiet location, great pool and well maintained gardens, with some beautiful roses. Restaurant was excellent. It's about 25 minutes from Montepulciano but it's an easy drive and country roads. has the advantage of being 20 minutes from Castiglione del Largo and Lago Trasimeno. Staff were very helpful.”

“Roberto and Victoria are lovely! So nice, very helpful and breakfast was so nice out in the garden! Roberto can’t do enough for you! Hotel is up around the middle of the town, well located to go up or down and near everything! The room we had was old, crowded and bathroom very tiny, even hard for my husband to fit between the sink and wall to get to the toilet, it’s just that the property is old and not renovated so understandable but because I depend a lot on reviews, I’m telling it like it……
