For shared use: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 1'000 m2 with lawn and plants, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: lounge with TV, fitness room, table football, storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, washing machine (for shared use), bicycle rental. 20 m long steep, narrow motor access. Stepped path to the house. Public parking 50 m on the road. Een goed bed en ruime badkamer. En ook belangrijk wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Het enige wat wij misten was een balkon.Gelukkig konden wij wel heerlijk bij het zwembad zitten en omdat het nog rustig was voelde het als een privé zwembad. Een tip voor de eigenaar zou kunnen zijn een soort van welkomspakket met een streekproduct of wijn bij aankomst ,,zodat je als gast je erg welkom voelt.
