"It's a beach front apartment so you want to go to the balcony, right? but the balcony has a sign that says "for your security, this balcony needs to be closed at all time". When I asked the front desk, they said I could use it. But then, part of the ceiling of the balcony fell off. I have pics of everything. They told me to call the manager to report this but nobody answers and the voicemail is full."

"The refrigerator wasn’t keeping anything cold & there were a couple of roaches that kept popping up. Another thing was the tv in the first room; it didn’t work at all. I’m not sure if I miss read the listing but I was expecting a 3b 2ba however once I got there it was a 3b 1ba. I know when me & my partner looked at the listing it was advertised as 2ba, but maybe I overlooked I’m not sure about that.They really didn’t leave any towels out for the guess either.. other than that it was okay "

"PLACE WAS FANTASTIC."

"This was an enjoyable stay for my mother & father in law celebrating their 53rd anniversary. They love gardens and enjoyed the serene scenery here. The cabin was in good condition with updated amenities for the kitchenette & shower/bathroom. Owners gave good directions (with video instructions) on how to find the location & self check in. There is a groundskeeper on site, but no concierge. We would love to come back and stay again!"
