Close to Charlie Clark's Steakhouse, Pinetop Country Club, and Hon-Dah Casino!!! Located on a large treed lot. Beautifully furnished, featuring an open floor plan with a dining room, 2 bedrooms ...one with a king size bed, one with a queen size bed. Then there is a den with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. There is also a covered deck complete with a gas BBQ Grill, patio furniture, fenced yard, & swing. The home has local phone service, Roku TV with a 39" TV in the living room, and a TV in the 2 bedrooms. DVD/VHS player with a great movie selection, CD player with a CD selection, games, ceiling fans, full kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, & washer & dryer are in the home. This is one of the few homes that allow dogs too (with Prior Approval and additional $49 insurance fee payable to property management company. No cats).
