“Location and staff”

“The staff is wonderful. I did notice some mold in the bathroom, but it may have only been mold stains. Also, the floors were not very clean and the carpet need a deep cleaning. But overall, it was decent and we enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient for shopping and dining as well as an easy drive to Rossburg. We will stay again.”

“We booked 2 rooms but 1 room had mold on the ceilings. The staff changed the room for us but because they were booked we had to take what was available. Expedia was wrong in indicating that a standard king room could sleep 4 (2 adults and 2 older teen) without a pull out couch or cot. So we cannot blame the hotel as we booked through expedia. That said the GM and front did their best to make our stay comfortable and we appreciated that.”

“Terrible. Hallways stunk of urine and musty carpet. Hallways were unconditioned in 100 degree weather. Bottom of bathroom sink in room 354 is cracked. The shower only had one temperature....scalding. The mattress was cheap, sprung, and ridiculously bouncy. The room phone did not work. There was no alarm clock, which is normally not a big deal, except there is not even one USB port in the room. In 2026. Not a single charging port for travelers who mistakenly forget to pack a charger, but has a……
