“Staying in Casa Serena 10 has been an amazing experience! We were really impressed from the beginning to the end of our stay! Casa Serena 10 combines comfort and style perfectly. Very elegant decor, and a peaceful, soothing atmosphere. Every part of Casa Serena 10 had that nice vacation/relaxing feeling. “Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine……
