“It’s a beautiful property with its own charm! Everything was clean when we checked in and the ac worked great. They have more than enough towels for the stay and kitchen was well stocked with utensils and other cooking supplies. The awning was great for parking and helping keep us dry during the rainy days. The backyard was a nice place to sit in the mornings before our day. We will definitely plan to try and stay here again in the future!”

“The castle was actually bigger than expected honestly, in a good way. With 7 of us, there's plenty of room for gathering and sleeping comfortably. The large dining room table was able to accommodate all of us for food and games. Allowed us to spend some much needed family time together. Thank you!”

“This is an awesome loft apartment in downtown Springfield. It is spacious, clean, and well appointed. The brick walls and high ceilings are very cool making for nice ambiance. It was amazingly quiet! We have stayed at other downtown VRBO's that were noisy as hell, but this was on a quieter street. It was within easy walking distance of numerous eating and drinking establishments. Our host was very responsive to a couple of very minor issues. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Was it perfect?........ no but it was a fun place to stay. The video games loaded in the living room TV were a blast and kept my brother and I very entertained. My daughters loved the bunk beds with tvs on both levels. The house is located in a safe but very ugly neighborhood (boarded up homes and overgrown unkempt lawns). No paper towels, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent so bring those things along. The gaming table and Foosball table have seen better days. Overall it was a decent place to……

“All of the little touches around the entire place was a nice touch! Having coffee, coffee pot, sugars, and even waffle mix next to the waffle maker. The shower had the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap like hotels do. Nice place, comphy bed, easy to park, and the firepit was a nice touch. Highly recommend it. ”

“The home was as described and very spacious. Had to contact owner to get check in information as it was not provided. Upon arrival, realized home had not been cleaned since previous occupant. Reached out to owner and had spotty communication. Owner offered to remedy situation, but did not follow through. Overall experience and communication could have been better.”

“Neither the living room TV nor one bedroom TV worked. Coffee pot available, but no coffee or even filters provided. Description of property indicated no pets, which we need because of allergies, but we found out when we arrived that pets were allowed with a deposit, and we saw pet hair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.”
