“Absolutely LOVED Culture Boutique!!!! Was everything we needed for a relaxing first anniversary get away!”

“The Moxy was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and efficient. They really made us feel welcome. I would stay there again!”

“We were supposed to stay two nights but checked out after the first night. Our bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. The hot tub was cloudy and seemed dirty and not even "hot" We also found a used bandaid in one of our beds and the house keeper had left her keys/badge in our room. ”

“This place needs to be shut down. We checked in and checked back out right away becuase of the horrible condition of the rooms . They stunk like mold, carpets had wet spots on that smelled like urine. Peoples belongings were still in rooms. Dresser drawer was missing the bottom. Outside you could here people having xxx and being loud,. Heater was so full of rust and dust. Black spots on sheets and pillow. Shady people everywhere. Rented two king bed rooms and only got 1 and the other was……

“In the midst of University of Missouri, Springfield, so many options for shopping, restaurants, and things to see and do. I’ll certainly return.”

“Parking was great, the pool was heated and very well maintained the staff always had extra towels on hand. The gym had enough equipment for quick workouts! ”

“The room was not clean. I always check the beds and they were clean but the rest of the room was not. Behind the bed was very dirty and dusty and there was a pill there. It was easly visable if you looked behind the bed without moving it. Between the microwave and the wall was very dusty and dirty. The shower had hair hanging on the back wall and the toilet had hair on it. We did stay because it was the only thing availible. The staff was great very friendly. The breakfast was ok no complaints……

“Bring back good housekeeping! Room was basically left un-cleaned before it was turned over to customers 😐 No towels in room toilet left filthy and had to have someone clen before using. Shower floor was full of dirt and gravel? Kitchen area is very filthy. Carpet had gravel plastic and paper all over it I had to remove”
