Under renovations which we were unaware of until checking in. Not a great neighborhood and rom not cleaned very well. Staff was nice though

Booked property online. We showered up and it mentioned nothing about the remodel going on. Pool was closed which wasn’t mentioned. Main lobby was full of new of supplies. I understand they are remodeling but they should tell guests About their construction and pool being closed.

The greet was so warm and friendly they helped me right away and care about the customers. Def made you feel welcome. It does need some uodates, which their doing right now. They were very accommodating

Staff is excellent. Shirley in the kitchen, breakfast area excellent. Clean and tidy always friendly. However, the beds are horrible. Worst beds ever in a hotel stay. Lumpy hard and could feel something poking from within on both beds. When you get up with sore hips and aching back for 3 days, can’t give a good rating.

I had an early flight and when I mentioned this to the desk clerk she said that although the hot complimentary breakfast would not be ready, she would make sure that her replacement would have coffee ready for me. Extremely polite staff.

The shuttle service was excellent to and from the airport. Counter staff was very friendly and helpful. We flew out early and the breakfast gal opened early for us so we could get some food👍☺️
