“There weren't cups in the room for the in-room hot water kettle. There were no English speaking staff available when we needed to check out on the last morning, which made it a little awkward. Otherwise, the staff was attentive and the room was very clean. It was convenient to the city center.”

“This is an exceptional place, full of character. Thoughtfully appointed, immaculately clean and very quiet and comfortable. Carlo, the proprietor, was wonderful---friendly, very helpful and lots of fun to talk to . He even lugged our bags up to the apartment, which is on the top floor with a terrace and great view. If you want to talk to a "real" Italian, this is the place for you! One word of warning: the Palazzo dates from the 15th century and has no lift , so the stairs are not for the……

“Please consider higher quality bed sheets that are not scratchy. The aparment is clean, and orgainzed. VERY NOISY during night sleep hours with courtyard two bars full of people talking loudly plus loud noises from city workers emptying the three garbage bins below bedroom windows 3-5a every morning. Your add needs to share information abour bar and nightgly garbage removal noises, the main reasons I would not return. Unfornately we did not get much sleep.”
