"Valet parking attendants were VERY kind! The front desk let us check in early and check out late. Beautiful views from the balcony on our room we enjoyed watching the boat traffic on the canal and the bridge going up. Nice update on the bathroom and spacious room!! Beach and pool towels provided. Continental breakfast was disappointing, no gluten free choices and cold lunch style. The orange was very tasty though. The restaurant by the pool was a little odd. People eating watch you swim and get splashed?!?! The music was very loud but off at 10pm. Fragrance in the lobby could be troublesome for people with allergies. Short walk to the Pompano pier, restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds, luscious sheets and pillows. Bed frame a little wobbly. "

"We had a wonderful time there. Easy access to everything including the beach! The staff was great. The pool area is pretty but small so you have to go down early to grab seats. "

"Property was clean and nicely furnished. Good breakfast. The reason for my less than stunning review is two fold 1-check in was really slow and although multiple people were waiting there was only one person at the counter and she didn't seem to attempt to get any assistance. 2- I left a review which included our experiences and reminded people from out of state that this property is on the highway and quite noisy. None of what I wrote should be controversial but surprisingly the property manager decided to challenge my comments rather than use them to try and improve their product. We travel a lot and I can't ever remember getting a response like this to any review that I've ever written."

"Mandatory Valet parking $34 and the valet employee don’t even help you with luggage. Rooms are really bad condition. They gave me room 607 where the AC was making noise and the rug was all wet plus sofa looks so old. Then they move to 604 which it was ok compared to the other one, even though the dryer doesn’t work. For the price of this property I will have stay in a better place. The staff never try to accommodate or offer a discount. Really bad service "
