“超級差勁的飯店，整體給人的感覺糟透了。我們下午三點check-in的時候，給我們的房間居然還沒準備好，我們拿著房卡到了房間，還看到清潔人員在整理浴室，床單沒鋪好，枕頭套也沒套上。櫃檯人員也沒幫我們換房間，叫我們拖著行李站在走廊等候。進去房間之後，發現枕頭套上面有頭髮，浴室的沐浴乳也沒了，還好我們有自己帶沐浴乳。當天巴黎很熱，房間的空調是壞的，我們向櫃檯反應，第一次他說應該可以了，但是其實空調還是沒動靜。我又向櫃檯反應第二次，並要求換房間，結果櫃檯人員口氣很差，吼我並且說沒辦法，因為房間都是滿的，我們就只能繼續忍受高溫直到半夜才睡著。這真的是一個糟透了的經驗，以後我們再也不會來住這一家飯店了！ A Terrible Hotel Experience This was a horribly disappointing hotel — the overall experience was awful. When we checked in at 3 PM, our room wasn’t even ready. We went to the room with our key card……

“The hotel is quite nice—very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. The room features a really impressive large TV, around 85 inches. The only downside is that the breakfast selection is somewhat limited.”

“J'ai été logé apparemment dans ce qui semble être une pièce cloisonnée de la réception. La propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous avec des odeurs émanant de la salle d'eau faite en hâte. La télé ne marchait pas et la climatisation non plus, dans cette canicule parisienne. Le bon point a été le réceptionniste qui a été aimable et disponible malgré l'heure avancée.”

“Pour qui veut le calme et une chambre simple mais très confortable et silencieuse, proche du château de Pierrefonds, cet endroit est parfait. Pas de télé mais perso, je m'en passe.”

“Could be my favourite hotel. Ever. The staff(owners) are lovely. Gave a tour of the wine cellar which was SPECTACULAR! Like a cathedral. The decor was brilliantly done. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated w all new fixtures. The garden patio was out of a movie. Beds were king size and perfect. I have never stayed in a hotel with more attention to detail. And the town is the most perfect medieval town I have seen in France. We had dinner at Henri IV square……

“We booked 2 twin rooms through expedia and when we arrived we were told that only one room was booked Two of us had to get a single room at an extra cost of just under 30 euros each I spoke to the manager the next morning and he is blaming expedia and told me i must ring them to get a refund I feel like i have been fobbed off”

“We only spent one night in Chantilly: great location - center of town, near market, near chateau. The facility was very clean, the room and the bed were comfortable. The staff and the breakfast were amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. As for the breakfast: it was great! Thank you!”
