The villa is set in private, fenced grounds with a refreshing swimming pool, ideal for a cosy dip on warm days. The outdoor area is a true oasis with a covered terrace and a brick barbecue overlooking the pool, perfect for al fresco dining. A second covered area with comfortable chairs invites you to relax with a drink and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Inside, the air-conditioned living area is designed for comfort and style, with a leather sofa and an open-plan layout that includes the kitchen and dining area, both overlooking the pool, and the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation a pleasure. Porec is within easy walking distance. There is a restaurant just 300 metres away and a shop 500 metres from the house. Explore the lively stone streets and cosy restaurants of the old town and visit the impressive Basilica of Euphrasia, a masterpiece from the 6th century. Rita ist eine super freundliche Vermieterin. Wir waren zu viert. Der Pool perfekt um auch mal ein paar Bahnen zu ziehen. Es war alles vorhanden, sogar Anzünder, Holz und Kohle für den Grill. Das Zentrum in Laufnähe (15-20 Min. Super Schnorchelstrände in 15-20 min. mit dem Auto. Die Piraten-Bootstour mit Kristofor ist auch sehr zu empfehlen.
