La casa es de tres niveles con el dormitorio principal (con cama de matrimonio) y baño completo en el 3er piso; gran espacio habitable, cocina / bar / mesa de comedor y baño completo ideal para el entretenimiento en el segundo piso; El acceso exterior al segundo dormitorio (con cama King y extraíble King Trundle) y el baño completo junto a la piscina se encuentran en el primer nivel. El gran porche cubierto con vistas al canal / piscina / spa y la cubierta de travertino, ideal para tomar café por la mañana / navegar por internet. Esta casa pide entretenimiento: ¡el sofá de cuero extraíble puede alojar a 2 invitados más si es necesario! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The highlight was definitely the outdoor space — having a private pool and jacuzzi right on the canal made it feel like our own little paradise.The covered balcony with seating was perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink, and we loved the colorful, beachy vibe throughout the home. The location on the canal added a peaceful touch.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Whether we were swimming, lounging, or just enjoying the view, it was the perfect spot for our trip. Location was spectacular and local to many fun communities. We spent our days exploring Tarpon Springs, New Port Richey, Sarasota, and St. Petersburgh. We even got in a round of golf at the RTJ Fox Hollow, which is a close, but challenging course. Excellent overall home layout, but the furniture was a little uncomfortable. There is a queen bed on the 2nd floor that can easily fit a king, and the second bedroom is on the pool deck floor with a nice king and single. With the cold weather, the second bedroom was a little cool at night. The hot tub worked flawlessly and the pool was just right for a cold plunge. Unfortunately, the neighbor to the west was jack hammering their seawall, prohibiting sleeping in for a couple of mornings, but that was not in the control of the owners. Terrance was very attentive and was ready to assist in any needs we had. We left fully relaxed and rested after a week of Florida warmth. ##### James O. However the downstairs bed / bath room was not 100% ready for guests. For 2 weeks we lived out of our suitcases. No drawers, closets or even hooks. ##### C C. I brought the family up for scalloping and RnR before school starts. The property was perfect, plenty of space for all six of us. My kids drive and had to come up separately due to summer jobs, so we were very pleased with the large parking area capable of parking 4 vehicles in the driveway. We brought our boat, I don’t think you could ask for a better location to the scalloping grounds and by the way hopping into the pool after a day on the boat was a game changer! The home has a nice Weber gas grill, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There are also plenty of options for dining out, we particularly enjoyed the restaurants at the Tarpon Springs Sponge dock area. Terrance is a fantastic host and takes good care of his clients. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute gem ! We had the best of times enjoying the pool, nearby island, restaurants, park (with splash pad), downtown, boat rides…and the list goes on! Such a great place! \*to note, there is only one bedroom in the main house, the second bedroom is located on the ground level and only entry is from the outside by the pool\* I don’t think I paid enough attention to those details and with 2 littles that was not ideal - however, that didn’t hinder our stay, and we would highly recommend this beautiful home! ##### Chancie G.
