Welcome to Key West in New Port Richey. A 2015 total remodel with bright beach colors, puts you in a good mood once you walk in! The home is a Tri-level with the Master bedroom (with Queen sized bed) and full bath on the 3rd floor; large living space, kitchen/bar/dining table and full bath great for entertaining on the 2nd floor; outdoor access to the 2nd bedroom (complete with King bed and King Trundle pull out) and full bath poolside are located on the 1st level. The large covered back porch overlooks the Channel/Pool/Spa and Travertine deck - great for morning coffee/internet surfing. This house begs to entertain - the pull out leather sofa can sleep 2 more guests if needed! All new Kitchen appliances and outdoor grill makes cooking a breeze - but if you don't want to eat at home, there are many great options nearby! Green Key Beach is a 5 minute car ride away and is a luxury all its own with its beautiful sunsets. Pontoon rentals, kayak rentals, and jet ski rentals are close and fishing in the Canal can surprisingly good - you may even catch a glimpse of a dolphin or sea turtle. Want a Diving/Fishing Charter? Less than 3 miles away, access to Charter Boats and the SunCruz Casino Boat, are sure to entertain locally. The home can easily become your home away from home!

If you are in to pool time or boating this house is for you. House was clean and well set up. Host was friendly and anticipated our needs. We would stay here again.

Terrance was a great host! He was very accommodating and we couldn’t ask for a more enjoyable trip, unless of course he could have controlled the inclement weather for us. We came in by boat, which he had tide slides setup and worked beautifully. There was even power and fresh water on the dock as well. The pool and hot tub was a great amenity and one of the highlights of our stay. Terrance was easily and quickly reached through the app for any of our needs. I would highly recommend this residence.

Great stay at a little bit of key west

The house is great. We enjoyed the pool and the back upstairs patio. The upstairs is bright and the aquatic decor is fun. The house worked really well for 4 adults,2 couples with the two bedrooms. The 3 full bathrooms are a really good plus. Thank you!

NPR house

Beautifully decorated, well furnished house. Terrence was very responsive to initial minor issues. Loved the hot tub and enjoyed being able to bring our dog with us.

Fun pool, cool house!

We had a great visit. Enjoyed the funky colors and cool artwork in this comfortable home. The pool, hottub and fishing off the dock definitely added to our visit with family. Accurate description and photos, easy check-in, and good communication with host.

Great stay

We had a quick stay but it was perfect. The upstairs and loft bedroom was perfect. Although we didn’t use the second room due to a separate entrance it would be perfect for a mother-in-law suit or second family. The outside area was so great and we spent almost all our time on the deck, pool and dock. Terrance had very fast communication. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect getaway

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed fishing and swimming. We loved watching all the wildlife. Terrance was very responsive. We will be back!

Waterfront Paradise

I booked this VRBO for a week-long vacation for my husband's birthday. We used to live in this area and I know he really misses the fishing! The house was PERFECT for everything we needed. Terrance was wonderful at accommodating our needs and very responsive. We are already planning our next trip back here!

Great Location

Overall great stay. Terrence was very helpful and very communicative thru text. Upstairs bedroom was a little hot due to hot weather. Terrence helped figure out the air situation and fixed it for me. Great Location for what we were in town for!

Best Vacation in a very long time!!!

From the house to the pool everything was perfect. Hot tub worked fine being able to dock the boat at the house and go out on a whim the weather was definitely hot but what do you expect it’s Florida not a drop of rain till the last day when we were loading it up but that was great. I’d love to come back again and will try soon.

A Slice of Paradise!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute gem ! We had the best of times enjoying the pool, nearby island, restaurants, park (with splash pad), downtown, boat rides…and the list goes on! Such a great place! *to note, there is only one bedroom in the main house, the second bedroom is located on the ground level and only entry is from the outside by the pool* I don’t think I paid enough attention to those details and with 2 littles that was not ideal - however, that didn’t hinder our stay, and we would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Top notch stay!

We really enjoyed everything about this house! Location, the pool, the dock, the amenities, etc were everything! We especially loved grilling out with the outdoor TV for Monday Night Football, and then cooking our fresh catch in the oven and lounging in the cozy living room. The house was so clean and smelled so fresh, and there were plenty of towels and toiletries to go around. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and we plan to stay again soon! Kudos to the owners who really take their rental seriously!

An awesome home at an amazing location!

I brought the family up for scalloping and RnR before school starts. The property was perfect, plenty of space for all six of us. My kids drive and had to come up separately due to summer jobs, so we were very pleased with the large parking area capable of parking 4 vehicles in the driveway. We brought our boat, I don’t think you could ask for a better location to the scalloping grounds and by the way hopping into the pool after a day on the boat was a game changer! The home has a nice Weber gas grill, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. There are also plenty of options for dining out, we particularly enjoyed the restaurants at the Tarpon Springs Sponge dock area. Terrance is a fantastic host and takes good care of his clients. My family can’t wait to get back!

Relaxing escape from winter

Overall, very clean, neat, and well furnished. Location was spectacular and local to many fun communities. We spent our days exploring Tarpon Springs, New Port Richey, Sarasota, and St. Petersburgh. We even got in a round of golf at the RTJ Fox Hollow, which is a close, but challenging course. Excellent overall home layout, but the furniture was a little uncomfortable. There is a queen bed on the 2nd floor that can easily fit a king, and the second bedroom is on the pool deck floor with a nice king and single. With the cold weather, the second bedroom was a little cool at night. The hot tub worked flawlessly and the pool was just right for a cold plunge. Unfortunately, the neighbor to the west was jack hammering their seawall, prohibiting sleeping in for a couple of mornings, but that was not in the control of the owners. Terrance was very attentive and was ready to assist in any needs we had. We left fully relaxed and rested after a week of Florida warmth.
