  • Recently remodeled two bedroom ranch home, complete with beautiful updated kitchen boasting black granite countertops and new cabinets and appliances. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need for eating in. Master bedroom contains queen bed and flat screen TV, and the second bedroom a full size bed. Bath is totally remodeled with new tile and fixtures. Large living area with flat screen TV and comfy furniture. Tile floors throughout for cool Florida feel. Top quality rattan furniture (Tommy Bahama/Pier One) in each room gives the home a totally Caribbean atmosphere. Outdoor screened patio with hightop mozaic table, BBQ grill, and completely fenced yard for sunbathing; friendly to pets. One car oversized attached garage. No steps or stairs anywhere! Conveniently located just north of Tarpon Springs; near beaches, nature trails, shopping and the world famous sponge docks.

Spring Training trip

We stayed at this property for three days in March 2025 during our trip for Phillies Spring Training. The home and its location close to Tarpon Springs were just what we needed. And the fenced yard was great for our dog.

We enjoyed this house and location

Excellent communication, house clean and comfortable as described. Great TV selections, nice house with amenities, garage a plus, backyard and screened porch were wonderful. Easy to get around.

Just perfect

This stay was due to the displacement from hurricane. But it was perfect and had everything it described. Plenty of room and nicely laid out. The back porch and large fenced in yard was perfect. Excellent communication and was easy to reach

Super cute Home convenient to everything

The property manager was very easy to get a hold of and stayed in communication. The home has been updated. This home is in a nice neighborhood in the middle of everything very convenient to stores and restaurants. Nice fence backyard for your pets I would recommend staying this home and look forward to the next visit

Super Cute

Our first time winter getaway. Our stay for a month exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed . Enjoyed fenced in yard, the grill and kitchen had what we needed? Quiet neighborhood. We loved being so close to Tarpon Springs , Dunedin, Port Richey. Easy to get around. Pet friendly. Hosts were great!

Fun in Holiday

We have stayed in several VRBO homes and this stay would be in our top 5! The house is clean, stocked with everything you need and your hosts are outstanding. They are really concerned with how your stay is going. I would absolutely stay with them again. We had our dog and she loved the fenced back yard. Key Vista, Anderson and Howard Parks are nearby and are super places to give your dog a walk. Also, give Neptune Cycle a try. Rent an e-bike and spend a day on the Pinellas Trail!

Just what we needed

We are a retired couple with our 30-something daughter and her husband, in town for a wedding. The house was just what we needed. It’s not much to look at on the outside but the inside was very nicely decorated. The listing was very accurate and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was perfectly clean and comfortable.

Cozy, clean and very responsive owners. Well worth taking a look.

First, I want to thank Fran and Curry. They made our stay very wonderful. Any need we had or question was quickly, respectfully, and pleasantly answered. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was prefect. The home was so well maintained and stocked for most any need which could arise. There were amenities which were not even listed which were provided. I believe any who stay will be surprised at the level of care and thoughtfulness which has gone into making the home a place which you will enjoy spending time. Again, thank you so much!

Tarpon Treasure

Perfect location for our needs to complete family matters. Although we didn’t visit the sponge docks or downtown Tarpon Springs this trip, it is conveniently close. The house was very clean, well stocked, comfortable and had a great backyard for our dog. Would recommend this place for a stay near Tarpon Springs.

Excellent place to stay

Fran has been wonderful & pleasant to work with. Her place is beautiful & quiet. She allowed me and my husband to stay there for a few weeks while we were waiting on our place to close. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect Home

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The decor was awesome, the home furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with good storage, beds slept great, lots of linen, home was very easy to maintain. This was almost a two month stay while relocating to FL. The neighbors were great, we feel very comfortable. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend this vacation home!

A wonderful, comfortable, new home

This was the best rental we have had. It was very comfortable, clean, stocked with absolutely everything you could want, upscale furnishings in a very quiet and convenient neighborhood. The house looked like it was just redone, everything new. Appliances worked well. The owner was very nice and even had a pie for us! Our only complaint was the internet was slow and we were looking for a house to buy so needed it much faster. We would rent there again.

Great space. The house was clean & well maintained. Beds were comfy with nice linens. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the screened in porch beside bbq. It was close to the main highway but in a very quiet neighbourhood. The owners were very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Great space. Especially liked the screened in area with table & chairs. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds with nice linens. Very clean and well maintained. Close to main highway but very quiet area. Owners very nice. Just one small thing - wish there was a grab bar in shower/bath. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay - Wonderful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break trip to your lovely home. The fenced in back yard was great for our two fur babies. They loved the freedom of being off leash. The house was great. It was the perfect size for our small family. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and dishes we needed. We were very pleased with the gas grill. It was a great way to prepare the fish we caught while deep sea fishing. We have been to the Tampa area several times for spring break. This was the best place to stay. We were close to beaches and other activities while being away from the chaos that can be spring break in Florida. We had a great time exploring the area; especially Historic Sponge Docks. Our trip was complete with a deep sea fishing excursion and a trip to Clearwater Marine Aquarium. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home. It was quaint and perfect. Thanks Fran and Curry for opening your home to us.

Pleasantly surprised. Worked perfect for our family. Kitchen was fully stocked and rooms were the perfect size. Bringing our dog was key in staying there and she loved the large yard.
