Property comprises: 2 bedrooms, one room with 2 single beds and another with a double bed, a living room with kitchenette, 1 sofa bed in the living room, air conditioning in the living room (hot and cold), 1 bathroom, TV (6 channels) and WI-FI and a balcony with table and chairs, to enjoy your holidays. At a short distance from the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc. In the building itself there is a supermarket where you can do your holiday shopping. NOTE: Only 6 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO: According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night. Note: \- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or older. \- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of a conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation). If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
