Appreciated the friendly staff, willing to sit down and help us plan our sightseeing or recommend a great sunset spot. We enjoyed the cute bar in the lobby and had a really great pizza one night when we were too tired to venture outside the property.

Best part of the experience - staff members. From the moment we walked in we felt like we are among family members. Very accommodating, very friendly, very helpful. Good location, unusual style, comfortable beds. The only disappointing part was the swimming pool (or the lack of it). We looked for a hotel in Porto specifically WITH the pool. It states on the website that it has a pool but in fact it doesn't..... Otherwise, very pleasant stay!!!!! Thank you Manuel for great history lessons!!!!

The staff were all very friendly and chatty and more than willing to help. They even gave us a free upgrade upon arrival. It’s great that the hotel put out free cake, tea and coffee for guests for an hour each day. We also loved the happy hour each day! Valentina’s restaurant onsite was also very nice. Overall a beautiful hotel in a great location. I would definitely recommend it!

The people who work at the hotel are all very friendly. The breakfast is super, the room is quite large and the shower was fantastic. Beds were also perfect. The location of the hotel is close to shops and restaurants. The only thing that bothered us a bit was the noise that came from the pub nearby.

This hotel may not be 5 stars however their service is beyond five stars. The staff are very attentive, professional and friendly. They will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best. The manager Jose is amazing and the staff appear as if they are treated well and are committed to make your stay exceptional. They made me feel at home while abroad. The staff must love what they do because it comes across when they interact with you. I received five star service during my stay. We want to come back! Thank you all at Chic & Basic Gravity!

Chic hotel, awesome deco and amenities. Walking distance to centre, well connected with airport and tren station. Friendly and helpful staff. Free merienda and welcome drink. Nice prices and food. Couple of bars and restaurants right outside, but quiet inside (soundproof). Recommend you to book a room with balcony :) Highly recommended.
