We reported this issue via email and attached a photo of the dirt on the floor, but the management just said they couldn't find any problem. Last night we also stayed in Traffic Hotel in Wroclaw, that was good experience, so we had high expectation on this hotel in Poznan as well, but the contrast was so obvious. It's quite disappointing."
