You will find our apartment meets all your needs for smaller or larger families on a budget! As you enter the apartment there is a small kitchen with kettle. From the kitchen there is a shower room and separate toilet. There are also two rooms, the first room has two single beds. The second room has three single beds and a chair bed. Zizkov is a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of bars, restaurants, and local attractions, including the TV Tower and Vitkov Hill. Next door to the apartment is a Tesco Express, making it easy to grab essentials. The tram stop is just a 5-minute walk away, and you can also walk to the city center in about 20 minutes. You’ll have full access to the entire studio during your stay. Interaction Support During Your Stay We are available via phone throughout your stay for any assistance or recommendations. Registration and Tourist Tax: We use a third party provider "CheckIn" to register you with the foreign police and to collect the additional tourist tax of 50CZK per person per night. You will be sent a link when you book and you should complete this and pay before we check you in. Check-in: We offer self check-in from 15:00\. In case you need to arrive before 15:00, we will try to organize an early check-in for you, or at least to leave your bags while we clean. We will contact you to arrange your check-in personally. Check- out: Checkout is at 11:00\. We may be able to let you leave luggage later, depending on what we have arranged with any incoming guest. Towels/bed linen provided. We are happy to welcome you! Please let us know how we can help you have a pleasant stay. Neighborhood Zizkov is a vibrant neighbourhood with many bars and restaurants. There is the TV Tower and Vitkov hill. Next door to the apartment is a Tesco Express. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk away. You can walk to the center in about 20 minutes. Transit From the Airport: Take the Bus 119 to Nadrazi Veleslavin. Take the metro to Mustek. From here (Vaclavske Namesti) you can take either tram 9 or 5 to stop Lipanska. It is a short walk from the tram stop. This journey takes approximately 1 hour. Taxi: There is Uber and Bolt as well as standard taxi available. It is cheaper to book in advance. From the Main Train Station: Take tram 9 to Lipanská (just two stops), then walk a short distance to the apartment. Tram to the City Center: From Lipanská, it’s about five tram stops to the center. Notes There is free on street parking in front of the hotel from Friday 17:00 until Sunday at 17:00 Throw trash Throw excess trash that doesn't fit in you bin into the large bins on the ground floor. Please sort plastic and paper separately. \-CITY TAX All guests are required to pay 2.1 € per person/ per night to the city of Prague. The collection of the fee is regulated by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended, and generally bound by decree No. 18/2019 Coll. City of Prague, on the tourism tax, as amended. Once you book, we will send you a link for online check in for submitting your data for the foreign police and payment of this tax. \-QUIET HOURS Prague's noise ordinance prohibits loud sounds between 10 PM and 6 AM. \-SMOKING Is highly prohibited in the apartment.
