A lovely hotel to stay. Very clean and staff is attentive and respond quickly to questions. The hotel is perfectly situated (more quiet area) and the surroundings offer many choices of food and shopping. You can walk easily in various areas of Prague.

One person at the front desk on night shift was very helpful when I needed to booked one extra night for my sister(at 4am) who already checked out but her flight was cancelled. Another guy on night shift was a bit blunt when we asked for bottled water. The hotel doesn’t give you bottled water daily (we stayed 4nights) like most hotels do. Food at breakfast is good. Lots of choices. Good location.

We spent two weeks at this hotel, and it was a fantastic vacation! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful! They had an answer to every question or situation. The room cleaning was excellent. The lobby was so beautiful and relaxing. It was just a joy to see it there. I want to give a special shout-out to the kitchen staff: breakfast was amazing every morning! They have a wide variety of dishes, amazing pastries, and a special ginger drink. I'd never tried it before, and it was unique and delicious. The waiters were always polite, smiling, and kept the entire room spotlessly clean. I would happily visit this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Great location, we had a fair sized clean room, comfortable bed, the shower was nice & powerful. Little extras like slippers and shower caps, a bottle of fizz and water. Breakfast had a good variety. The staff was polite and helpful. I would recommend
