“Our stay at Harmony Park Spa had both highs and lows.
Unfortunately, check-in was extremely frustrating. Even though I provided my confirmed reservation from Hotels.com, the staff could not find it, and it took approximately 45 minutes to get us checked in. Throughout the process, the front desk staff seemed uninterested in resolving the issues or answering our questions.
