“When we entered our room. There’s a smell. Like no one clean it. I called for extra towels. I was told there’s 4 in the room and will add 2 extra towels. I came and found only 3 towels.”

“Overall the stay wasn’t bad for the price. The main area inside was clean. The area walking I to the hotel had some trash on the ground. Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk, then after waiting about 5 minutes the lady came to the front. We were told we had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in, it was about 240p. After few minutes, she found an available room and was able to check us in. And she was extra helpful and getting me signed up with the rewards program. They have replaced……

“I really like this place. Second time staying here, the night before a charter fishing trip. It’s a cozy independently run hotel that has a super popular outdoor bar in the front. The bar closes at 830 so no worries there with noise. It’s a fun environment to hang out and relax. I only wish there were more tables and chairs away from that area to enjoy the water view (there are a few but they fill up quick) When the bar closes it’s pretty much lights out, so it would be cool to have an area just……

“Arrived for check in & grabbed the keys without checking the room. Upon return (much later that evening/early morning hours) I entered the room to find it wasn’t what I booked. Didn’t have sofa bed as advertised, so I head to the front desk. The lady ignored me ringing the bell, ignored me calling the front desk phone & remained in the room with the camera footage. Eventually she emerged & gave me nothing but a hard time. I informed her there was no where for my children to sleep & showed her my……
