“Alles prima und sehr nette Betreuung durch Clara. Auch die Lage am Rande der kleinen Altstadt ist sehr gut. Nur das Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Kaffeepause und Milch waren ok. Sonst nur Zwieback und Süßes in Verpackungen. Also lieber Preis etwas runter und angeben, dass man in der Altstadt gut frühstücken kann. Das wäre angemessener. “When I purchased the room it had different pictures of the studio. It never said that the red couch in the living room was sofá couch and that's where you would sleep. It said it had one bedroom , and it still does , there is no bedroom . The bed was a pull out bed from the couch . When I got to the room , there was no sofá couch. "Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."

"We had another wonderful time at Hotel Cyrano in Salono. Hotel manager Marco was as warm and friendly as ever! We felt right at home the moment we stepped inside. This was our second stay, and we've had a wonderful time every time! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is plentiful and frequently refreshed. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and features a two-level underground parking garage with ample and secure parking. This makes it an ideal choice for exploring Milan for a few days. great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again."
