“This property is exactly as described. Very family friendly, pet friendly. Unfortunately the people before us left a bit of a mess with trash and dog feces, but overall the stay was wonderful and we enjoyed our time there!!”

“Right across the street from the lake with gorgeous views from the kitchen table -- we fell in love with Donner Lake! The cabin was comfortable, but rustic as you'd expect for a mountain lake cabin (eg some damage to floors, janky interior doors, kitchen table wobbly). Dealing with Vacasa as a renter instead of an actual owner is always less personal and more commericalized ... eg they were happy to offer late check out, if we paid an additional fee$$ But overall we loved the location, there...

“This little cabin was in an ideal getaway spot close to hiking trails and perfectly situated in the mountains. Be aware that it is a mountain cabin. Everything works, and everything is clean, but it is a rustic. Specifically, there are tricks to getting a hot shower, but don't give up the water heater does work. They just did a whole bunch of improvements, and it made the cabin very comfortable. This is a mountain gem, and I couldn't recommend it more.”

“Property was just as shown, typical traditional Tahoe style cabin!! Bathrooms were modern and updated. Loved that each room had a tv also! Comfortable king bed, nice living room set up! The master does get a little cold, but extra space heaters are provided and really helped! We loved our stay!”

“Everything was as described. Kitchenware was of high quality. It amused me to see the multitude of wine openers in one kitchen drawer. The steps going into the property was challenging for me. With the kitchen above the bedrooms was problematic if I wanted to sleep late. Luckily I’m not usually a late riser. The setting was spectacular. The outside furniture made it easy to enjoy it.
