“PH1 offers the same location conveniences mentioned in my review of PH2 (yes, we stayed in both due to availability during our stay in Rome). Its king size bed, bottle of wine and water were appreciated. It's a little quieter due to its location in the building but hasn't been modernized to the same level as PH2. Raniero is a thoughtful host so you can't go wrong in either apartment. ”

L'appartement est très agréable et très confortable. il est bien situé, l'endroit est tranquille, et reposant après des journées passées dans l'agitation du centre de Rome. les commerces se trouvent à quelques mètres les lignes de bus et métro également. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement et le conseillons vivement.”

“La posizione dell’appartamento e il riscaldamento sono ottimali, ma i lati positivi finiscono qui… La pulizia inesistente, capelli e sporcizia ovunque, in cucina si convive con una perdita dal soffitto, porta del corridoio senza mostrine e impossibile da chiudere. Le chiavi dell’appartamento tutte unte. Il pavimento? Sono più puliti e dritti i sanpietrini di Roma! Il camino carino e funzionante, ma una diavolo di scopa per togliere i resti della legna la vogliamo fornire agli ospiti? Che dire…...

“We loved staying at Marina’s apartment- it is spacious, clean, surrounded by a beautiful garden, has character and is in great location! We were able to walk everywhere we needed. We love walking. There is a great grocery store, beautiful park and lots of restaurants nearby. Marina was available when we needed her, helped us in any way she could, and was very kind to us. Le canapé et les chaises n'étaient pas les mêmes que sur les photos (canapé fourni très sale et taché, vieilles chaises inconfortables et bruyantes) Les photos représentaient un appartement lumineux et agréable. Ce n'est pas la réalité L'ensemble de l'appartement n'était pas très propre.”
