“We had a short stay here and it was pleasant. We had a bungalow which was quite large. It was clean, linen was clean but the pillows were awful. There was also no aircon in the bedrooms. The bungalow was dated, ripped sofa and old kitchen. The gym isn’t really a gym, a couple of very old machines and a few light weights. The pool areas and communal areas were clean and tidy, breakfast was great. Not a bad location as you can walk to the beach and local restaurants in 5 mins.”

“Reception staff, particularly Belen who helped when I was sure I'd left my cell phone in a taxi having looked everywhere in my room including my bag. She contacted the taxi firm and in the meantime suggested I return to my room and she called the phone again. Sure enough the phone was in my bag but wedged under something else. Unfortunately later I did leave my camera in a taxi and she is working with them so that if found I can arrange its retrieval.”

“Highly recommend this flat for the location and fitness center amenities. The flat is clean and spacious with a practical kitchen set up, modern zero entry shower with rain shower head and ample windows for views (you can see water and mountains from the lounge) and air flow. Playa Chica is a 2 minute walk away and has a sandy beach and great snorkeling (early morning was calmest water in my experience). There are larger sandy beaches also within easy walking distance and the harbour and old……

“Pros: The villa was amazing so clean very comfortable beds the heated pool and patio area was so lovely clean tidy and pool have a lovely temperature. I could not recommend the host more no matter what we message about or ask for their accommodated. It will definitely be our Lanzarote Villa stay can’t wait till next year. Cons: There is nothing I did not enjoy about the Villa. Everything was 100% and so comfortable if anyone wants to stay here they won’t be disappointed and if they are it would……
