La primera, la habitación estaba en malas condiciones. Cada que entrábamos al baño salían de 2 a 5 chimenes, asqueroso y no hay agua caliente. Solicitamos cambio de habitación, lo cual no tuvieron inconveniente en darnos, pero igual sin agua caliente. La segunda, sustrajeron de mis bolsa de regalos un dije y cadena con la piedra que sólo se da en las minas de Rep Dominicana (eso me dijeron). Lo reporté en recepción pero dijeron que para eso está la caja fuerte que debí guardalas ahí. It was extremely dirty — the sheets and towels were filthy, and the kitchen and all other rooms were covered in dirt, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The staff was rude and seemed fully aware of the poor conditions they were providing. They gave me an agreement to sign before giving me the key, stating that I agreed with the room condition and that there would be no refund. Never sign anything before seeing the room. This hotel should never be affiliated with any travel website.
