"The hotel, the location and the proximity to the beach were excellent. But the one thing that stood out was Mitchel, the concierge, he was super helpful, very proactive and always checking with us to ensure all was going ok. We got some really great suggestions on tours, restaurants, shopping. One in our group was a vegan and Mitchel suggest this vegan place called Oli, we all loved it!. Mitchel, you were fantastic!"

"Let's see, the hotel has enormous potential, it is located in an excellent place.
I love the hotel, but the problem is that it is more abandoned every year.
They should work more on the presentation of the room and its bathrooms. The outdoor pool keeps losing tiles
Let's see if they change anything in 2025"
