“We need someone to help people all the time. It is because when I entered the building, it was empty and I did not have any communication with anyone. We were also waiting for someone to give us the keys to our room, but then someone helped us because that knows the families. Also the Internet and Wifi was very poorly because we had 2 hours and we lost the signal. Also we did not know the password, and no information always appears.”

“We absolutely loved our stay there! We will definitely stay there again next time we come. The entire staff was friendly and very attentive especially Aurora she was the best! The property is beautifully designed and so convenient since everyone gets their own villa with a parking spot. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the pool and the beach. It also was a quick drive away from the shopping center and from any food places.”

“The staff were wonderful. Bed was comfortable. Quaint cultural immersion hotel. Breakfast provided was good. Parking could be cramped and you would be best leaving your keys at the front so they can move cars around as needed. The water from the faucets stunk like rotten eggs every time you ran it. The shower does not include hot water. Its one temperature. The room was clean but had the random ant and lizard here and there. Ocean front property but the beach is difficult to get to as its……

“Spacious and stylish villa with a relaxing pool and many lounge areas. Private and secure. Felt very safe and comfortable. A short walk to El Sunzal surf break. One of the nicest pools in the area from what we observed. It has seat in the pool where you can relax and watch the surf. John was friendly and responsive to our needs. It was a great stay and I highly recommend this place!”

“Very relaxing. The hotel was 5 star very helpful and the food was amazing. However the beach is very rocky I took a 5 min Uber to playa San blas and it was amazing beach.”
