"The room was immaculate with a hot tub on our massive deck facing the ocean. The staff and amenities were 5 star. We particularly enjoyed Ivan poolside, to help us with our chairs and umbrellas but also whatever else we asked him about he would find the answers. He provided outstanding customer service. "

Pros: rooms were so clean and luxurious, the spa was amazing, food was really good and they were very accommodating with my sons allergy, staff was great Cons: I just wish there was something else for kids to do such as a playground or a small water park or slide. I was annoyed that the carousel rides cost extra when there wasn't a ton for kids to do. I also didn't like being hastled to do the time share breakfast when I just wanted to set up an excursion without that. "

"The staff literally cleaned the room every time we left. They are courteous, kid-centric, and especially kind. The rooms are top notch and the swimming area and amenities are first class. My family and I go annually, and we would highly recommend for both singles and families. They have the capacity to serve all. "

"The room was clean and felt very spacious. Our room had a great location, close to the kids pool. The staff were friendly, asked if I need anything before I even knew I needed something. We met no pushy sales people. The food was good at the buffet and the restaurants. The resort and staff were very family friendly. When our daughter couldn't participate in an activity one of the staff members chased us down and suggested an alternative for her. The kids pool was so warm and sheltered from the wind. The icecream / coffee shop was a favourite. The pool side lounge chairs were often full but we could usually find couple if we walked to another pool. The evening shows were amazing! We had a great trip!!"
