“We are waiting for the transfer company to take us back to the Cancun airport. Had a great time. The king deluxe room fit our needs well. Didn't stay in the room much since discovering the island was so much fun and lots to do. A golf cart was necessary for our adventures. “Great location! You get a voucher for breakfast at Lorettas which is DELICIOUS and i cannot recommend enough. Beach there is gorgeous and staff is lovely. They let us check in early (yay) which was very accomodating and so kind and polite staff. Clean, comfy beds and great room. Only thing is a little bit overpriced for the room (no balcony or outside space) but besides that so good!!! ”

“This was a delightful place to stay. The condo is very clean and lovely. The king sized bed is very comfortable. The courtyard is lovely and contains one of the two pools on the property. The condo is about 200 yards from the ferry, and is right across from the town’s plaza (we watched all of the Dia de Los Muertos activities there).The eastern shore of the ocean is right outside, off your balcony. You cannot swim right there, but a short walk takes you to the swimming area. The souvenir vendors……

“The accommodations / house were fine but the house is surrounded by extremely loud dance clubs and bars. The management company should warn guest about this to be fair. They kept the family up until 3 am on Saturday, 1 am on Friday and stopped around midnight during the weekday. Unfortunately if you stay in this location you simply will not sleep and it ruins the experience.”

“Nothing in the description was accurate. First, there absolutely no water inside. Both water jugs were empty. There were no paper towels, no napkins. There was one kitchen towel, and no wash rags in the kitchen. I had to clean the kitchen including dishes before we could use anything. I used a washrag from the bathroom because there wasn't any in the kitchen. We also had to clean the floor because walking around barefoot our feet turned black on the bottom. The ad says it is “new” but it is not……
