“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

The resort is beautiful, super pet friendly, well-maintained, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. “I had a really enjoyable stay and would give this hotel an 8.5/10. The staff was one of the best parts of the experience everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. One feature I highly recommend is booking a swim-out room. In my opinion, that’s what really makes this hotel worth it. The view, the atmosphere, and the overall experience are amazing. If you don’t book the swim-out, the hotel is still nice, but it doesn’t have quite the same “wow” factor. The scenery is……
