“My experience at this hotel was completely unacceptable from the moment I arrived.
The room door didn’t even close properly, which immediately raised safety concerns. Once inside, things got even worse: the mattresses were torn (literally ripped), there was visible hair on the beds, and it was clear the room had not been cleaned at all.
The air conditioning was not working, which is unacceptable in Cancun, and to make matters worse, the bathroom was in terrible condition. The toilet was dirty,……

“This hostel is planned and professionally built to be a proper hostel. It is very central. Just the opposite to the ADO bus terminal, from where anyone can access into the hostel in 5 minutes, and to get the airport shuttle bus or to get the bus for Chichen Itza. Rooms are air conditioned. Best thing is all rooms have their own separate toilet and bathroom. The have very good community area , well equipped kitchen and a roof top swimming pool. Within 30 metres there is a MacDonalds and a Chinese……
