“I booked twice at this inclusive (solo trip) and all I can say is that it is a perfect hotel to relax by yourself, your partner or family it’s very kid friendly. As I mentioned I went solo and the staff made me feel safe they are friendly and greet you all the time. The activities that are included are awesome in case you get bored of relaxing hahaha 100/10 ”

“Como sou do ramo de hotelaria, tenho um olhar atento. Vi alguns detalhes que clientes que não são do ramo não costumam prestar atenção. Como por exemplo: pó em locais mais altos, onde as camareira tem "preguiça" de esticar o braço para passar um pano. No demais estava tudo ótimo, só senti falta de alguma pessoa no hotel falar português, pois como eu não falo inglês ou espanhol, por algumas vezes tive que utilizar do celular para entender o que estavam dizendo. Já que Cancún é um lugar onde……

“The staff are all friendly. The food are marvelous and very tasty. I just dont like our room, you can hear the noise of the water from the pipe from other rooms. The concierge doesnt have foreign exchange but overall experience was great. Will definitely come back and recommend! ”

“The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Special thanks to Anna for her kind assistance in helping us book our tickets — it made everything much smoother. The room was clean, and the common areas were generally quiet and pleasant. The environment was lovely, and the breakfast was also quite good. Overall, we had a great time ! ”

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”
