“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“Awesome Staff and good area for stay”

“The room service is very poor. The room was cleaned only once in our 4 day stay. We called at the reception 2 days to get the dustbins cleaned and even I cleaned the dustbin myself one day. Also, there was a fight in a room on the same floor and there was foul smell of blood and waste everywhere for 2 days. No cleaning was done. Another thing, a glass broke in the room and i called reception to send someone to clean it, it took us 3 calls and 2 hours, when finally someone came to clean the floor……

“Clean rooms , not a relaxing part of town if this is what you are looking for. Security staff is a little much . Long story!! Pool could use some updates. Mario on staff is excellent !!! ”
